The Loretto Chapel in Santa Fe, New Mexico is legendary. The carpenter who built the chapel staircase-some was mysterious and people think it was St. Joseph answering the Sisters of Loretto prayer. The staircase also stands without a visible central support and has only wooden pegs, which is a miracle in itself. Once the staircase was completed the carpenter left the town without seeking compensation or recognition.
Most of my photographs were taken in Belize, Central America, Austin Texas, the Texas Hill Country, Galveston, Corpus Christi, and Port Aransas Texas. Austin is a growing city known for it's music, sometimes called the "Music Capital of the World", The University of Texas, and The Capital of Texas, The Texas Coastal Bend is rich in culture and an abundance of natural wildlife with gorgeous bays, and, estuaries which has been delightful to photograph.
